The list that ticks itself
Project overview
A cleaning company site where the checklist completes itself as you scroll.
- Type
- Fairwerks concept
- Fictional business
- Set in
- Cambridge, MA
- Home cleaning
Our approach
What people buy from a cleaner is a finished list. So the site is the list: rooms tick off as you scroll, with crisp 3D icons for each job. At the bottom, the quote is already waiting.

The signature moment
Self-ticking checklist
Each room's tasks check off one by one as you pass them, then roll up into an instant quote.
What’s built in
Every piece a real home cleaning would need on day one.
- 01Instant quote by home size
- 02Recurring cleans
- 03Arrival texts
- 04Review requests after each clean
About this project
Spruce & Order Cleaning is a business we made up. The site is real: designed and built by Fairwerks from a blank page, to show what a home cleaning in Cambridge could have. Yours would be built around your shop, your photos and your customers.
